He is a simple man with a gentle smile, and donning characteristic Muslim appearance. At first sight hardly anyone will believe that the man can be an IAS (Indian Administrative Service) officer and encompasses a high (liberal) thinking. He is known as A man with humanitarian touch and problem-solving approach for the masses. He had also taken initiatives to improve the facilities at Sadar Hospital Kishanganj and other government functionaries and offices. He had played a key role in identifying the required 250 acres of land for setting up Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Campus at Kishanganj in 2008. He with vision of the Social Upliftment of Muslims and other backward Societies through educational reform. With his wide vision, a Madarsa is established called Madarsa Rahmania Tahfeezul Quran Lil-Banaat at a native place, a Socio-economically and educationally backward area of the State. He thinks that Women’s education is very important to build our country. He made lots of efforts to build an environment in Madarsa Rahmania Tahfeezul Quran Lil-Banaat towards girl child education and empower the future women of our country by initiating various vocational training programs.
